Simplifying Insurance to Make it Easier to Understand Your Portion

Just Great Dentistry.

No Surprises.

Predictable Patient Portion

At Dr. T’s Dentistry, we believe patients deserve clarity, fairness, and zero surprise bills. To make dental care simple and predictable, we use a model called the Predictable Patient Portion (PPP).

How the Predictable Patient Portion Works

• We are out‑of‑network with all dental insurance plans.
• You pay a simple, predictable portion of the treatment fee at the time of service.
• We file your insurance claim for you as a courtesy.
• When your insurance pays, we apply the payment to your account.
• If your insurance pays more than expected, you receive a refund.
• If your insurance pays less, we write off the difference.
• You will never receive an unexpected bill from us after your visit.

Why We Use This Model

Insurance companies often provide inconsistent estimates. Our PPP model protects you from that uncertainty by ensuring your portion is fixed and predictable, regardless of how your insurance processes the claim.

Your Portion at the Time of Service

Your portion for each procedure is determined by historical insurance payment data. This allows us to give you a predictable, consistent portion at the time of your visit rather than relying on insurance estimates, which are often inaccurate. Your portion will always be discussed with you in advance.
• If your insurance company sends reimbursement checks directly to you instead of to our office, we require 100% of the treatment fee at the time of your visit. This ensures accurate account management and prevents delays in claim processing.
